For me, yoga is very personal. I imagine it is for you, too. Part of one’s yoga practice is finding the right instructor. That said, I invite you to get to know me a bit better. Here goes…

I’m a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), as well as a writer and wellness advocate with an essential oil company. I live in a charming small town just north of Austin, Texas, with a firefighter/paramedic/horse lover, a high school golfer, and a college frog-princess … along with a wannabe circus cat, and an adorable bug-eyed, snaggle-toothed puppy.

I discovered yoga at a challenging time in my life, and was transformed by the positive impact it had on me, both physically and emotionally. Inspired to dig deeper and learn more, I enrolled in a nine-month teacher training course through Yoga Yoga in Austin, and received my 200-hour teacher training certificate in July 2017. I am honored to have practiced with and learned from many extraordinary yoga teachers, including Martha McCarroll, Kendra Moss-Lee, Kimberly Wharton, Ana Pilar Cruz, Mark Uridel, and Kirtan (Laura) Marcotte, to name a few.

My desire as a teacher is to share the incredible and often life-changing benefits of practicing yoga, and more specifically, to support my students' quests to achieve balance and peace through their personal yoga practices. I currently practice and teach all levels of Hatha and Hatha-Flow Yoga.

Namaste ~ The divine in me honors the divine in you."
